Richard Fordwor is an Associate at A-Street and supports the team in its research, analysis and deal sourcing efforts. Before A-Street, Richard worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Ferghana Partners, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and private placement deals for companies in the healthcare sector.

Outside of A-Street, Richard is the Co-Founder of a medical services non-profit organization based in his home country of Ghana. The organization, Generational Health Foundation, aims to improve access to surgical care in Ghana’s rural and most vulnerable communities.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University’s Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science.
