Charlie Hadlow is a senior executive at EnergySage, a renewable energy marketplace focused on educating consumers about clean energy and helping them find the best options for whole-home electrification. Prior to EnergySage, Charlie worked at Berkshire Partners as Vice President of Portfolio Support, where he partnered with portfolio companies primarily on digital and go-to-market strategy. He also has held senior leadership roles at Sylvan Learning and Red Ventures.    

Charlie is an advisor at A-Street and a board member at Duke University, where he leads philanthropic efforts to mentor low-income adults seeking to accelerate their career trajectories. Charlie received his B.A. in Public Policy at Duke and M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
