Tracey Strauss is a tenured executive with a proven track record of building and leading digital and omni-channel brands across the consumer space. She has expertise in driving growth by building, motivating and scaling strong teams and by leveraging her functional expertise in ecommerce, marketing, and digital product management, all with an underpinning in data & analytics. Tracey excels in working with brands approaching that next moment of scale and has experience with start-ups, growth stage businesses as well as businesses undergoing brand and digital transformation.
Tracey most recently served as an Operating Partner at L Catterton, the largest global consumer private equity firm. At L Catterton, Tracey built out the growth practice focused on driving commercial value creation through an ecosystem of strategies, tools, and partners. Tracey worked with executive teams in the portfolio to identify and drive value creation initiatives across all aspects of growth from brand strategy and growth marketing, to digital experience and digital transformation, to data and analytics. Prior to L Catterton, Tracey worked as an interim Chief Marketing Officer at iFit, a leading connected fitness business that owns the NordicTrack brand; Vice President of Global Ecommerce and Digital Experience at Coach, Inc.; and Vice President of Ecommerce at Theory LLC.
Tracey received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BA from Stanford University where she concentrated in American Studies and received an honors degree in the School of Education. Additionally, Tracey serves as Co-Chair of the Board of Community Roots Charter School in Brooklyn, NY.
